Where to Access Software at Stanford

Visitors to The Velma Denning Room have access to a variety of quantitative (statistical) and qualitative software for evaluation and consultation. Software use in the Velma Denning Room is for educational and teaching purposes.

Use of popular software for coursework or research is available via campus computer clusters. All campus computer clusters have both Macintosh and Windows operating platforms. More information on the software available on the computer clusters is on the VPTL web site.  (Cluster Computer software list for the Mac and Windows -- note: links are campus IP accessible only).  Visit Software at Stanford for additional details about software available at Stanford and for purchase.
